The turntable provides rotational power for the drilling tools. It uses a set of bevel gears to reduce speed, providing rotational speed and torque within a certain range to drive the drilling tools.

The turntable mainly consists of the main compensating device, turntable assembly, bevel gear set, main bearing input shaft assembly, locking device, base, and upper cover. The bevel gears use spiral bevel gears for smooth transmission, low contact stress, and high load-bearing capacity. Both large and small bevel gears are made from high-alloy steel and heat-treated. The gear mesh clearance can be adjusted using the spacer between the main bearing's lower part and the input shaft assembly.
